matching gift programs where employers agree to match the
amount employees donate to support an important cause. Most of
these programs match contributions dollar for dollar, and some

that your personal donation and possibly the donations of your
friends and family members could have twice the impact!
The American Cancer Society has
a
quick and easy tool that allows you to search for your company
to see if they offer a matching gifts program. In some cases,
you can download the form right from the site. Simply follow
the instructions below to double your dollars today. Don’t
forget to encourage others on your team to ask if their
employers have a matching gifts program!
- View a list of companies that participate in the
American Cancer Society matching gifts program.
- If you want your matching gift credited to a certain
event, team, or participant, please indicate that
information when you send your donation.
- Complete your company's matching gift form and send it
to your local American Cancer Society office, and we'll take
it from there.
- If you do not see your company, don't worry, you might
still be in luck. Simply contact your personnel or human
resources department and ask if they offer a matching gifts
or matching funds program. If they do, simply get the form,
fill it out, and send it to your local American Cancer
Society office. It’s that simple!
